Growing up, creativity through story-telling was fun. You always wanted to tell a story that would appeal the ears.
Or at times, you could have an emotion that is tough to discuss. You may worry what someone might think, but need to express your emotion in some way.
Without judgement or punishment, any journal can bring emotional wellness to those who need it. Any thoughts going on in your head can be dictated on paper. The world seems more clear with this practice. Journaling helps gain control of the emotions and can improve mental health.
It's all about routine and finding "the groove". Whatever works for you do it! Instead of saying something you might regret, or keeping the emotions in, write them on paper. You will feel a release of anxiety and fear. Do not be a slave to your moods.
