Within the first couple pages, you will find the binding commitment page. This is a brief overview of what you desire to accomplish after 13 weeks. Do not overthink this page. It's purpose is to provide direction for the better habits you want to form. Think of things that achieved the daily action which will lead towards your 13 week goal.
Questions on the first page:
What do you want to achieve over the next 13 weeks?
What are your top 3 goals?
Why is accomplishing this important to you?
How will you feel when you achieve it?
What's unique about the Self-Mastery Journal is that it asks for your signature. It is a binding commitment.
After the binding commitment page, it then takes you to the daily pages. What's beneficial about these pages is that they are undated. Life gets in the way and there might be a day where journaling is not met. That's okay. Just resume where you were left off.
On the daily pages, you have a morning and evening section. In the morning, the Self-Mastery Journal has you set:
"Today's Top 3 Goals"
"Today's Affirmation"
"I'm Grateful for (3 things)"
For Evening, the daily pages make you ask yourself:
"What went well today?"
"What Can I improve upon?"
In order to make progress, you have to be aware of what went well and what didn't go well. The more often you make adjustments, the closer you get to your goal. It's that simple.
Lastly, there is a writing prompt in the daily pages. There is no wrong answer to what is filled in this section. There is extra space for notes. Thoughts are best remembered when wrote on paper. Take whatever happened out of this day for the next day!
